Coastal convenience - 2 min walk to shops & cafes

Great Location & Good Value Positive: The location was excellent and the value for money was great. We will definitely stay again when we come back to Perth. Negative: There were a couple of things that needed to be fixed around the house, nothing major but we have flagged it with the owners.

Breath of fresh air Positive: Clean, extra amenities available, comfortable and great location

Unit complex was quiet, nice having a cafe very close. Shame they left us with a broken, uncomfortable couch. Positive: Very quite complex, felt homely and safe. Plenty of kitchen equipment, great having both washing machine and dryer. Nice restaurant and cafe around the corner. Negative: The couch was broken, extremely uncomfortable and soiled. Luckily I had my own throws to cover the stains. Main room bed had a comfy mattress, shame the second bedroom mattress was uncomfortable.

Fabulous property in a great location Positive: Location was excellent. Property had all amenities and more!! Short Walk to local cafe and shops, bakery etc. Negative: Even though a parking bay is attached to property which is a plus it is quite tight, this is a very minor blip.
