Excellent location and comfortable boutique hotel, a pleasant surprise Positive: Location is excellent with lots of very good varied restaurants close by. Secured access to the property. Negative: Apart from initially being sent wrong code for lock box, but call-up was answered and resolved very quickly by staff member

If back in Perth, will rebook another room Positive: Nice idea, semi self catering. Plate,knife,forks can make up your own food or eat a takeaway nicely. Coffee/ tea as usual, but with Coffee pod machine a nice extra. Cleaning items,paper towel, tea towels, washing liquid for dishes and clothes, cleaning sprays.Hair dryer, iron and board. Nice to have a balcony, although small,handy enough, especially if your a smoker. Very central position for Perth,nothing too far to walk. Negative: On the email, there was no room number,spent a good few moments going through key box. No email password etc on the booking email,found it on the 2nd day in the room pack site
