City Chic: Elegant 2BR apartment

We don’t often leave reviews but we wanted to share how nice this apartment was! The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was amazing! It was very clean and very well presented. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, there is nothing lacking. Extra things that makes your stay easier. Within a 10 metre walk is a supermarket, 3 takeaway shops that offer a variety of offerings, 2 bottle shops and a massage place. I had a massage and it is one of the best I have ever had. We really enjoyed the balcony with the CBD views. We would stay there again and communication with the managers was very responsive and friendly.

Positive: Was very clean, quiet. Great location and close to most places. Negative: Only one air conditioner, so the bedrooms struggled to stay cool for sleeping at night.

Perth Getaway Positive: The apartment was spacious, clean, exactly what we wanted. Walking distance to cafés, shops, restaurants, amenities. Not far from city center. Negative: Unfortunately right opposite a bottle and a vacant/run down pub which seemed to be home to homeless people. No parking. Shame.

Overall feel good and convenient Positive: Location Negative: Car parking was unavailable due to road works

Hotelvexperience stay in heart of Perth Positive: Everything was i expected from 5 star stay. The location is good, easy to find. Place was quiet, good for light sleeper. CAT bus stand was walking distance away to get to Hay Street & other attractions. Convenience store just around the corner (open until 12am). Check in process was smooth via passcode box. The apartment was very clean, everything was organized and neat. Pillows, blanket and mattress was really comfortable and clean, really up to hotel standard. The amenities was sufficient, including cookwares (tho we didn't cook at all, just used the microwave to heat up food). Toilet was clean, good water pressure with good water heater. Its was winter and the heater is good enough to keep us warm. View from the balcony was peaceful, especially during breakfast. We would 100% recommend this place and i would come again. Negative: Might be nitpicking, but the door for the bathroom can be installed with locked door for more privacy
