Positive: Location
Negative: After 3 hours, 10 emails and 10 phone calls, sending all our personal information to a different overseas links(truvi) paying extra, then sent another link requiring a photo of my face and my credit card. We were finally given the access code to the apartment. Just to be clear, I rang 1 week before traveling to ask what was required, and Spoke to a someone and was told all was fine. Feel very vulnerable of international scammers.
Power was out on return from dinner, couldn’t get basic TV. Very frustrating stay.
