Positive: Not much
Negative: Front door could not be locked. No dishwasher, no shower adjacent the main bedroom so down a flight of stairs for a shower. There is a spa bath in the main bedroom but no shower. Overall the apartment is very poorly designed with too much attention to a spa bath in the bedroom but amenity has been sacrificed. Second bedroom is so small it would be claustrophobic. Overall the experience was regrettable especially @ $420 p/ night.
