Cancellation policy

All direct bookings are fully 100% refundable up until seven (7) days prior to the scheduled check in day and time minus a Stripe & Property Management System credit card processing fee of 2.8% for domestic cards or 4.0% for international cards.

Any cancellation made within seven (7) days prior to check in day and time are non-refundable.

Payment Authorisation and Discretionary Charges:

We want to ensure that your experience with our services is seamless and enjoyable. To facilitate this, please be aware of the following conditions regarding payments:

1. Incidentals and Damages: In the event of any incidental expenses or damages incurred during your use of our services, we reserve the right to charge your credit card to cover associated costs. This includes but is not limited to damages to property, late check-outs, extra cleaning charges, missing property items, or any other unforeseen expenses.

2. Booking Hold Fee: Upon booking, a ‘hold fee’ (equivalent to the total amount of the booking) will be placed on your credit card. This ‘hold fee’ is a temporary authorisation and will be released after 7 days, provided no additional charges are incurred as mentioned in clause 1.

3. Agreement to Terms: By accessing and using our services, you agree to these terms and authorise us to charge your credit card for any necessary expenses as mentioned above. This authorisation is at our absolute discretion and is designed to maintain the quality and integrity of our offerings.

4. Notification: We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any charges incurred and provide a detailed breakdown of the associated costs. However, in certain circumstances, we reserve the right to charge your credit card without prior notice.

5. Dispute Resolution: If you have any concerns or disputes regarding charges, we encourage you to reach out to our customer support team promptly. We are committed to addressing any issues in a fair and timely manner.

6. Changes to Terms: These terms and conditions are subject to change. We recommend reviewing them periodically to stay informed about our policies. By continuing to use our services, you acknowledge and accept the conditions outlined above. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

User Verification Process:

To enhance the security and reliability of our services, we have implemented a user verification process. As part of this process, we may request the following information:

1. Government ID: We may ask you to provide a clear and legible copy of a government-issued identification document. This helps us ensure the accuracy of the information provided during the booking process.

2. Selfie with Credit Card: For an added layer of security, we may request a selfie that includes your face alongside your credit card. The credit card should display the last four digits, your name, and the expiration date. This ensures that the person using the card is indeed the correct cardholder.

3. Purpose: This verification process is in place to prevent fraudulent activities, protect your account, and maintain the safety of our platform. Rest assured that we treat your sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

4. Compliance: Your cooperation with the verification process is vital for compliance with our terms and conditions. Failure to provide the requested information may result in restrictions on your ability to use certain features of our services.
